Blazer Jobs is seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) to join a collaborative and student-centered school-based team in Lynn, Massachusetts for the 20252026 school year. Key Responsibilities

Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to students

Assist in conducting assessments, developing goals, and implementing IEPs under SLP supervision

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support communication success

Maintain accurate documentation and student progress tracking

Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities
Qualifications
-
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Eligible for Massachusetts SLP license and Clinical Fellowship status

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Passion for helping students improve communication and confidence
